Jesolo si prepara a diventare Citta del Natale

Jesolo is ready to transform into the Christmas city

On November 29th, the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Christmas Village will take place, along with an open-door exhibition at the JMuseo celebrating Franco Fontana. On December 6th, it will be the turn of the Ice Nativity Scene.

The festive atmosphere is ready to envelop Jesolo, which is preparing to transform into the City of Christmas. Starting November 29th, lights, installations, and artistic events will officially kick off a rich calendar of events that will accompany residents and tourists until Epiphany and beyond.

The first event will be the ribbon cutting of the Christmas Village, the beating heart of the Christmas celebrations, where the characteristic wooden huts will enliven the streets of the center with artisanal products, food specialties, and shows for all ages. The Christmas Village will be open until January 6, 2026.

On the same day, the JMuseo will open its doors to the exhibition "Franco Fontana – Colors. The Master of Photography," dedicated to the celebrated Modenese photographer, celebrating landscape, geometry, and chromatic harmony. The exhibition represents one of the most anticipated cultural highlights of the Jesolo winter season and will continue until May 22nd.

November 29 will also be the day the Jesolo Sand Nativity will open to the public, which will begin to take shape in the next few days with the installation of the tensile structure in the large parking lot behind Piazza Brescia and then with the sculpting phase starting on November 6. The exhibition will be open to the public until February 8.

On December 6th, one of the most evocative Christmas events in Jesolo will take place: the Ice Nativity Scene, an extraordinary work sculpted by international artists that every year enchants adults and children alike with unique sculptures and fully illuminated ice displays. The exhibition will be open until January 11th.

"Christmas is one of the most heartfelt moments for our community – declared Alberto Maschio, Jesolo's tourism councilorand every year we work to make the city increasingly welcoming, lively, and capable of surprising. Thanks to these events, Jesolo offers entertainment opportunities for its residents, but it also confirms its position as a point of reference during the winter period, generating enough visitors to support the activity of many local businesses. This is our idea of a city: a Jesolo that never shuts down, alive all year round. Jesolo Always On."

The Jesolo Christmas 2025 program will also be enriched with concerts, initiatives for children, traveling shows and events dedicated to solidarity.
